well, the NEW new b3 is better i guess...at least they got the look down better :Pnow for the REAL tonewheels, none of this digital tonewheels stuff. and use the right amount, not more than the real b3 had...

Nothing will replace the old B3, but this one sounds pretty good. I'm sure it is a lot easier to load and unload! :)

Ummmm..... No thanks. If Hammond REALLY wanted to impress somebody, they would re-release the old B3, tone wheels and all. They'd probably make millions of dollars in the process as well. The Wersi organ that I currently play has a better "B3" sound than this new Hammond. Until I can afford a decent B3, I'll keep playing what I have now.

the new b3 runs at about 20k

I was skeptical at first, but despite the "brightness" described by some (it might be superior speaker design) I would imagine reliability is much improved by being solid state.Anyone know the price?

Not quite the same as the original, however...I feel that its a good thing that these have been developed and sound as good as they do because eventually, there will be no more originals left since tone generators and tone wheels are no longer produced anywhere

its just you...

Is it just me, or was the ending the only part that was worth watching?

I agree with "cheesy" thing and it has NO HEART, a REAL Hammond does and its called a Tonewheel Generator. It is also too bright for a B3. They can put a man on the moon and do heart transplants but still cannot ever replicate tonewheels. Transistors are not and w3ill never replace valves.
