You want The Best people combine california(minusL.A.,no offence but the thing i've seen merit it)and florida you've a more lax eviorment(FL)with CA whose alot pacier(in the good way)the beaches(Florida beaches,and if you dispute that.look it up our sand is so white(due to quartz content it ups magnifies the sun!FL&CA some of the coolest people,with open minds and hearts.Not to menchin The FL. gators!
