Man, this brings so many good memories. T_T Personally, I love the first season and Tamers. I used to watch every episode of both series (at different ages) before I went to bed. Didn`t like the second season a lot, same with Frontier, but they are still an OK from me. I really like Savers as well, the art and the characters are ver different from the last 4 series and more mature, but I don`t mind. XD

...have you watched the entire series? kouichi (kouji's twin) joins them later... about 40 episodes in.
