i know how it's done. he cuts a slit on the side of the bill (not in the middle) then when he folds the bill the pointy side of the pen goes out the slit but it looks like the pen is inside the bill. you can't see the slit because when you pull on the bill good enough it looks like the bill is normal and the camera is kinda bad quality so u cant really see the slit

Nice guess, I even considered that myself when I first saw the 3rd effect but they all use just one note and one pen.
